The Story

Mister Mixer is the creation of young Melbourne entrepreneur, Valjean Boynton. After building and selling a successful keg distribution business in 2011, Valjean turned his attention to cocktails. He'd never met a person who liked waiting around for one, especially at a busy bar. To him, it was a problem worth solving and Mister Mixer was born.

Mister Mixer is a range of eight cocktails crafted in small batches then decanted into kegs. Valjean created each recipe using premium juices and spirits, and perfected the draught technology used to serve them. The range includes the best-selling Green Apple Mojito, Passionfruit Caprioska, Classic Sangria, Peach Bellini,  Miami Iced Tea, Forbidden Apple, Classic Cosmo and, most recently, the Espresso Martini. 

Today, Mister Mixer is Australia's number one draught cocktail brand and was awarded Best Innovation (RTS) at the 2015 Australian Drinks Awards.  It is poured at major events like Spring Racing Carnival, the Australian Tennis Open and Portsea Polo. It is fast becoming the wedding industry's preferred way to serve cocktails, recently winning 'Best New Concept' at the Wedding And Events Of Australia Awards.  

Mister Mixer is the preferred cocktail supplier at Hamilton Island, and is poured at iconic venues around Australia like the Lorne Hotel, Portsea Hotel, Prahran Hotel, Coolangatta Hotel and the Bottle Of Milk. And it is revolutionising house parties all over the country - hosts can now serve their guests theatrical, 'proper' cocktails minus the fuss. Mister Mixer really is changing cocktails as we know them.
